Description
Bring image to life
Using Epson’s proprietary shift device technology, a high aperture ratio 1080p panel is upscaled to 4K with incredible accuracy and precision to deliver bright 4K images far beyond those seen in competing projectors.
Dedicated 4K projector lens
The 4K image created by the panel, light source, and image processing chip is projected as-is across a wide angle. Based on Epson’s goal of maintaining a consistent image quality from any angle, all materials and processes are carefully selected and inspected so that you can enjoy pristinely focused images even at high levels of lens shift with power.
2,500,000:1 high contrast
A much higher overall image contrast is now possible by applying Scene Adaptive Gamma when processing brightness and contrast. Along with the new Auto Contrast Enhancement, which enhances contract levels of objects. With advanced super-resolution technology, this produces 4K high-definition images that are clearer, more detailed, and more three-dimensional than ever before. The laser optical engine’s 2,500,000:1 contrast creates jet-black images which combines with the high-quality image processing chip’s contrast-enhancing effects to create a high-contrast image that looks superb in both bright and dark program scenes.
Express more with HDR10+
HDR is a key technology emphasized by filmmakers, that helps convey the visual intent of a film more faithfully. Evolution in HDR technology means that now even subtle shadow tones can be displayed in fine detail.er projection technologies.
Fast-moving 4K video that’s clear and smooth
As well as current frame interpolation technology, blurring reduction is now improved. Even when watching fast-moving sports or gaming, image contours stay clear, and motion is smooth to bring a fuller sense of realism and dynamism than ever to 4K video.
Designed for extraordinary installation flexibility
The wide-range powered lens shift (Vertical ± 96.3 %, horizontal ± 47.1 %) and zoom (x2.1) that only a high-end home model provides means the EH-LS12000B can be installed in living rooms as well as dedicated home cinemas. Users can operate the lens shift functions using the remote control, the projector control panel, or control commands. Additionally, a low noise level of 25dB/Light output 75% creates less distraction and allows for a more immersive experience, anytime, anywhere.
Practical functionality, convenient connectivity
eARC/ARC support
Thanks to ARC, audio can be broadcasted via the projector using an HDMI cable. In addition, eARC supports high-quality sound4, allowing you to enjoy a beautifully cohesive mix of video and sound in an easier installation.
4K/120fps input support,
Optimised support for fast-moving game video output.
