Business Development Officer
The Business Development Officer shall develop strategic plans and marketing programs for business expansion and acquisition.
Job Responsibilities:
∙ The officer sets goals for attracting new business, and guides the development staff in
the area of product research and development.
∙ The business development officer also formulates focus group research and testing to
determine how a new product will be received.
∙ The business development officer must be able to delegate and communicate the goals
and objectives of the organization pertaining to business development.
∙ He/She must have people skills and relate to executive management and other
co-workers under his authority.
Job Requirements:
∙ Male/ Female not more than 35 years old.
∙ At least 2-3 years working experience in doing Business Development in a certain
product.
∙ Exposure with client interactions.

CHANNEL SALES
Job Responsibilities:
∙ Manage channel and solution partner engagements to drive revenues.
∙ Engage partner sales / account teams to identify opportunities for new business.
∙ Develop, manage, and report on partner sales funnel. Accountable for revenue target.
∙ Work hand-in-hand with partners through entire sales process.
∙ Assure partners have up to date knowledge of new products, features, roadmap, etc
∙ Close deals and supervise deployments until invoicing and collection is completed.

Job Responsibilities:
∙ Assist with design, analysis, maintenance, documentation, and testing of software.
∙ Code, debug, test, and document routine application programs.

Warehouse and Logistics Manager
Job Responsibilities:
A. Warehousing:
∙ Make sure that every single item in the warehouse is monitored and accounted by
means of implementing a feasible system of storing stocks.
∙ Devices strategies to systematically and safety store stocks.
∙ Takes overall lead in monitoring inventories, taking into consideration issuance and
receiving of inventories.
∙ Makes an accurate report of outstanding inventories from time to time.
∙ Implements systems and procedures to better improve warehousing system.
B. Dispatching:
∙ Implements systems and procedures to maximize trips to delivery vehicles.
∙ Makes sure that all deliveries are on schedule.
∙ Reviews trips and schedules of delivery vehicles to properly plan deliveries.
C. Receiving:
∙ Makes sure that items received are in good condition and properly accounted.
∙ Implements systems and procedures to properly monitor incoming items.
∙ Assures that incoming items are proper documented and reflected in the system.
D. Motorpool:
∙ Make sure that all delivery vehicles are properly maintained and are always in good
condition.
∙ Implements cost of saving strategies to minimize operating expenses of delivery.
∙ Monitors operating expenses of delivery vehicles like fuel consumption.
E. People Management:
∙ Conduct Performance Evaluation, Training education and development needs of subordinates.
∙ Coaches and mentors subordinates to perform to their optium levels by providing
technical assistance.
∙ Conducts meeting or focusing group discussion.
Job Requirements:
∙ Male not more than 40 years old.
∙ Candidate must possess at least Bachelor College Degree with any field.
∙ At least 3 years working experience in the same field. This is required for this position.
∙ Preferably Assistant Manager/ Managers focusing in Purchasing/ Inventory/Material and
Warehouse Management.
